Currently, there are not enough scientific studies proving all the claimed benefits of CBD. While the hype around CBD has overtaken science, there are a number of small studies that do point to some health benefits. People are experimenting using oils with cannabidiol, or CBD on anything from acne to sleep issues. CBD is not a magic pill that is a cure-all, end-all. It affects different people differently and so may or may not work for everyone. Each person should decide for themselves if it is worth giving it a try.
